This kitchen has all the ‘bells and whistles’.
Floating cabinet, lights everywhere (under cabinets and inside), glass doors, integrated fridge and dishwasher etc

A sitting room floating shelves unit in Toronto.
Grooved out a channel on the back of the panels for the light wires, also didn’t like the handing system (way too flimsy for a unit this size) so I also PL glued the back panels to the wall. There’s going to be 2 more shelves added to the top when they arrive from Italy.
This week I was away for 3 days. This job was so remote, the ‘road’ wasn’t on the maps. In the West Guildford area (3.5 hours north of Toronto). Beautiful ‘cottage’ on the lake. A few challenges on this one, figuring out the downdraft (the hood exhaust fan for the cook top that is underneath the cook-top and not above). The drawers had to have a U cut out of them, the upper cabinets required a notch to be routed out for under lighting, all handles had to be be drilled for and put on (the doors came blank, the usually have the holes already drilled), integrated fridge and dishwasher. Looks great, can’t wait to see this one with the counter on
One of the ladies at my kids school was showing me a cabinet falling apart and wishing she had new one. I told her email me the measurements for what you need and I’ll make it for you. I got the email yesterday and had an hour spare at the end of the day.
I made this out of some off cuts that had been buried in the saw room, the legs are adjustable to make it level in a very UN-level school floor. And a 3″ hole cut out top right back for microwave plug – turned out really nice. She was happy
This cabinet came damaged and was destined for the thrash, I was looking for a thin depth (5″) pantry for my own kitchen. I cut it down in depth and with, it was a 60cm cabinet and I needed 56cm. I also found a 60cm full length pantry door that was also destined for thrash and rescued this too. The white side gable was an off cut and in the garbage. When you add the gable to the right side it leaves a 2cm overhang at the side to be able to open the door. Here’s the result
