I walked into this job with about 100 boxes all over the room. I did everything by myself from scratch – took about 4 days. Turned out really nice.

This was a small job but makes the world of difference for the home owner. There are pipes going from floor to ceiling and had no counter space. I added the counter and blocked off the eye-saw.

Fit a lot in this small space. Turned out beautiful.

Our house had one bathroom up stairs and that’s it……. one needed to happen in the basement. I had some time off so I got to work. It should be noted I got a plumber in for the hook ups and an electrician in for lights.

When I moved into my new house 2 years ago the kitchen had problems and could do with a make over. I didn’t have to budget to renovate, so I did everything you possibly could to make it look and function like new. I’ve made a video of the before and after which I’ll post later, but for now here are a few pictures outlining what I did.

 

So for the last 7 months I’ve taken a break from residential work and went into condo’s. It’s nice to have a change in the type of work you do everyday and the environment. I worked with a great bunch of guys on this site, but the job gets finished eventually !!
